WORKSHOP | Go home safer with an introduction to the most effective self-defence system around the world. Developed by the Israeli military to be effective and quick to learn, it’s used by millions around the world so that everyone may walk in peace. You will learn the basics of how to defend yourself against an armed attack. This workshop will be fun and high intensity—towels and water provided. See you at training. Kida!
